REFUND POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your DENN subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
REFUNDS
Subscriptions are charged upfront for the period you select. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will normally issue a full or partial refund where there has been a billing error, a service outage, or a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform.
PLAN CHANGES
If you upgrade your plan, the new rate takes effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period when downgrading.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email info@dennsports.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email address. We will respond within 2 business days.
