Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your DENN subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with DENN. To request a refund, contact us at info@dennsports.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion if there are extenuating circumstances such as service outages, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented you from using the platform.
Free Tier
The DENN free tier does not require payment and is not eligible for refunds. No credit card is required to use the free tier.
Plan Changes
If you upgrade your plan, the new rate takes effect immediately and you will be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period when downgrading.
