2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the DENN service: processing your video content, generating highlights, calculating your DVI score, and matching you with relevant opportunities. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Video Content
Your uploaded videos are stored securely in private cloud storage. They are processed by our AI pipeline to generate highlights. Your raw footage is only accessible to you and is not shared publicly unless you choose to share your highlights.
4. DVI Score and Visibility
Your DVI score may be visible to coaches and brands who use DENN to discover athletes, but only if you are on a plan that includes brand marketplace access and you have opted in to visibility features.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
7. Minors
DENN is designed for use by athletes aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should have parental consent. We comply with applicable laws regarding the collection of data from minors.
